Every order is prepared and checked one by one before it ships.

These timeframes are given in working days and may be longer during peak periods or holiday seasons. They run from confirmation of payment.

Shipping costs

Standard tracked delivery: €3.90, or the equivalent amount if your order is billed in another currency. The exact amount applicable to your order is always shown before you place it.

Shipping and customs

Our items are shipped from our partner warehouses located in Asia. Depending on the rules in force and on your destination country, customs duties or import taxes may be applied by the local authorities. Any such charges remain payable by the recipient and cannot be refunded.

Order tracking

As soon as your parcel ships, you receive an email containing your tracking number. It is also available at any time in your account, under My orders.
