How do I use my member perk?
Log in to your member area, add your 4 jerseys and use the FDCLUB code — it is applied for you when you go through your area or your favourites.
How does the referral programme work?
Share your link from your member area: your friend gets -10% on their first order, and you earn 1 free jersey as soon as they order.
Shipping & tracking
What are the delivery times?
3 to 5 working days of preparation (printing, quality check), then 10 to 13 days of shipping — 13 to 18 days in total. Express option: 4 to 9 days shipping, selectable at checkout.
How much is shipping?
€3.90 standard. The exact amount is always confirmed at checkout before you pay.
Where do you ship from — and to?
Orders ship from our partner workshops in Asia — that is what makes these prices possible. We deliver to France, the United Kingdom and the European Union. Depending on your country, customs fees may apply and are payable by the recipient.
How do I track my order?
You get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can also follow it on the order tracking page or from your member area.
Sizes & products
How do I pick my size?
Every product page has a size guide with the manufacturer's real measurements (±1–2 cm) and a calculator: enter your height and weight, it recommends your size. Hesitating between two? Take the larger one.
Fan or Player version — what's the difference?
Fan (€19.90): classic supporter fit, the everyday choice. Player (€24.90): the on-pitch cut — slimmer fit, more technical fabric. If in doubt, go Fan.
Are the jerseys official?
No — our products are unofficial concepts, not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by any club, national team or brand. We say it clearly, and it is exactly what makes a jersey at €19.90 possible.
Can I get a name and number printed?
Yes — when the product page offers it, you can add a name and number. Heads-up: a personalised jersey is made for you, so it is a final sale (no return, except for a defect or our mistake).
Do you have kids' sizes?
Yes, part of the catalogue exists as kids' kits (and baby kits), each with its own size chart on the product page.
Returns & support
Can I return an item?
Non-personalised item: yes, within 14 days of delivery — new, unworn, unwashed, with its tags. Contact us first through the Contact page to get the return procedure; return shipping is at your cost.
Personalised item (name, number, custom print): made to your specifications, so the sale is final — no withdrawal, as allowed by EU consumer law.
I received a defective or wrong item
That is on us. Write to us via the Contact page with photos: replacement or full refund, at our cost — personalised or not.
How fast do you reply?
Within 24 working hours, in English, French or Spanish.

Is payment secure?
Yes — checkout is encrypted (SSL) and handled by certified payment providers. We never see or store your card details.
